Questions

How much does a virtual assistant cost per month?
About $1,000 to $3,600 a month for a full-time person, depending on where they live and whether they work only for you. Task-based services start under $200. AIsistants is $2,500, all in.
What does a local office admin cost?
About $45,000 to $55,000 a year in salary. Add payroll taxes, workers’ comp, health insurance, paid time off and a desk, and most owners land at $60,000 to $70,000 a year.
Is $2,500 a month cheap or expensive?
Mid-range. Wing and Virtudesk charge less for a person who is often shared. Prialto and Athena charge more. Ours includes the AI, a US number and a person who works for you only.
Why does the calculator add 30% for overhead?
Payroll taxes, workers’ comp, health insurance and paid time off add up fast. Thirty percent is a common rule of thumb. Turn it off or slide the wage to match your own numbers.
Are there any other fees?
No. No setup fee, no deposit, no notice period. You pay $2,500 a month and stop when you want.
