Security and privacy
You are handing someone your inbox, your calendar, and your phone. You should know who they are, what they can see, and what they cannot do. Here it is.
Your people are vetted
Every assistant is our full-time employee, not a freelancer.
- Background check and drug test before day one.
- One assistant, one client. Nobody is juggling five businesses.
- Confidentiality agreement signed before they see client data. It stays in force after they leave.
- Interviewed by a person, on the phone, before we hire them.
Your data stays yours
Nothing is connected until you say so.
- You pick which tools to connect, and whether each is read-only or read-and-write.
- Disconnect a tool and access ends right away. You can also cut us off from inside the tool itself.
- No training on your data. Your AI runs on Claude from Anthropic, whose commercial terms rule out training on customer content. We do not train on it either.
- When you leave, accounts are cut off the day you cancel and your data is deleted on a set schedule. Take a copy first if you want one.
The AI is kept in check
The AI is fast. Your assistant is careful. You get both.
- A person is always in the loop. Your assistant checks what the AI does.
- The AI cannot send money, sign anything, or delete your data. Ever.
- It gets only the access you grant, tool by tool.
- Every action is logged. Ask and you can see the log.
Where it runs
Amazon Web Services, in the United States.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- One AI per client, walled off. It shares nothing with any other client's AI.
- Assistants work on company-managed computers with two-factor login. No client data on personal phones.
- SOC 2: not yet. We are preparing for the audit and will post the result here. No badge until we have earned it.
Phone and messages
Your customers see a US number, not an overseas one.
- A real US number through Twilio, the same carrier-grade service banks use.
- Your group chat runs in the app you already use: iMessage, Telegram, Signal, or SMS.
- Call recording is off by default. Turn it on if you want it, and we will tell you the rules for your state.
What we will never do
- Sell your data. To anyone, for any reason.
- Share your data with another client.
- Let your assistant work for anyone else while assigned to you.
- Train an AI model on your business.
- Let the AI move money, sign a document, or delete your data.
- Lock you in. Month to month, cancel with one message.
